Every human being created by God is born with a dream. Dreams are not just visions or mental pictures that we experience when we are asleep but these are strong and vivid pictures of what our future holds for us. Successful people are those that have pursued their dreams. They are people who have mastered the art of life and have put in their hearts into what they hope to achieve. Women, who have dreams to have their lives transformed for the better, are the ones who will make it.

Dreams entail a clear image of what you want to become or what you want to achieve. A dream will cause you to have direction in life. It will cause you to make certain choices and decisions that will add value to your dream. A dream will make you to make decisions on who to associate with and how to relate to them.

How to identify your dream
A dream is more or less your vision or your mental perception of what you hope to become or what you hope to achieve. A dream is basically a passion that you have. Find out what you are passionate about, know what you desire to do and what you desire to become. A dream will keep you unsettled and on your feet until you see it in motion. A dream is what you hope to fulfill before you depart mother earth.

A dream is always that desire that always compels you to work hard. It is simply a hunger and a thirst for something. It is a quest to succeed. Find out what is it exactly that you desire doing. A dream is what will give you sleepless nights and it is not something that will give you rest before it’s completed. Every human being has a dream. Work on your desire and find out what your dream is because it is only that which you desire to that you will do.

How to develop your dream
Dreams are like seeds that need to be nurtured and if not, will die quickly. I personally have learnt that the reason why some people never succeed nor realize their dreams is that they have sat on their dreams expecting their dreams to work yet it is only you who can work towards your dream to see it fulfilled and accomplished.

First and foremost, you have to take into cognition that you may not be the only one with that kind of dream but what will differentiate you from the person who share the same dream with you is the effort that you put towards the attainment of that dream and the results thereof.

Write your dream down and whatsoever effort you are putting towards it. One man once said whatever is not documented is not done and can be easily disregarded. By writing it down you can often refer to it and see the progress that you are making.

Allow your dream to become a part of you. By this I mean that meditate upon your dream and ensure that you have personalized it and made it yours. By this you will ensure that nothing will separate you from your dream and by all means you will fulfill it.

The second thing is to ensure that you relate with the right people. By this I mean associate with people who have more or less a dream like yours and these people must be preferably those that have gone before you. By relating to these people you will learn how they have accomplished their and you will learn of the mistakes that they have encountered and how they came out of them paving a safer way for yourself. If you dream to be a business woman, for you it means making a decision to associate with them that have been in business before and learn the language that they speak and learn skills that are essential to your dream. If you see yourself in ministry, the same principle applies. These people are basically you mentors who will teach you the dos and the don’ts that account to your dream.

Sacrifice is one of the things that will ensure your success. Sacrifice and give yourself wholly to your dream. This means sacrificing what needed to ensure that your dream is coming to pass. Your dream is a seed that needs to be watered and taken care of. Sacrificing your time and money is one essential for the development of your dream. Get material and go places that will help you nurture that dream.

The other thing is to talk about it. Some people fear that if they talk about their dreams, people may laugh at them or people may steal their ideas but remember that no matter how many people may have the same dream with you, it is only how you work it out that matter. Talking about it will enable you to get ideas from other people and it will enable other people to but into your dream or even correct you where you may be going wrong. Talk about your dream to people to trust and to them that may be able to help you.

And a bonus ladies, commit your plans and dreams to God and he will surely ensure that victory be your portion. Having done this and more, there is surely no reason for you to abort your dream. Remember that they may be several people tied to your dream and aborting it may mean disadvantaging a whole lot of people. So ladies, let put our dreams into action and take over the world.
